About Vlad

Hi.

I failed my first three businesses.

You may wonder: How did that happen, and how did I get here?

It all started in 2018, while I was still in college.

In the evenings, I would lie down in bed and listen to music on YouTube.

Since I didn’t want to pay for premium music apps, I was often interrupted by ads.

At that time, I kept getting the same ad over and over again.

It was for a consulting course, and the ad was very long. I knew it was an ad and planned to skip it as soon as I could.

But after seeing the same ad from the same guy repeatedly, I thought to myself: Okay, I’ll listen to what he says, even if I know he’s selling something.

I listened—and it felt like an awakening. What he was saying made perfect sense to me.

I participated in his webinar and bought his course.

And so, my first self-development investment was made.

As some of you might have guessed, it was a consulting course from Sam Ovens—one of the people I look up to most in business.

I started watching the course: hours and hours of amazing content.

I followed the action plan, writing everything down… and then something unexpected happened.

I realized that to make this work, I’d need to talk to people.

So I got scared—and didn’t execute.

My first fail…

A few months later, I discovered a new business I could start. It sounded very interesting to me.

Even better, I didn’t have to talk to people! What a relief.

It was dropshipping.

I learned a lot of new things that were helpful in my growth.

At the time, I didn’t have much savings — and I used it all to run Facebook ads.

There were sales, yes—but I wasn’t profitable, and soon reached a point where I had no money left to pay for more ads.

This is what happens when you don’t know how to run ads.

Second fail…

A few years later, shortly after earning my Master’s degree, I had the opportunity to take over a local family business.

So I did.

What I didn’t know was that the company was in debt.

Unfortunately, when I took over, the accounting hadn’t been updated for a year (due to family circumstances).

Yep—my due diligence was very poor, driven by overconfidence.

I tried to turn things around and attract clients.

So I ran ads again… without taking any courses on the subject.

I didn’t get enough clients to ensure short-term cash flow.

Third fail…

After my third fail, I took a step back.

I worked for someone else.

I traveled a lot.

Then I wondered…

The thing with ads is that—even if you learn how to do them—once you stop spending money, your visibility disappears.

No more visibility means no more clients.

So I asked myself:

Is there a way for businesses to consistently get more clients without running ads?

The answer is…

YES!

If you work on your SEO, you can gradually attract amazing traffic to your website.

So I learned it.

Then I realized I’d love to help local businesses with this.

If someone had helped me back then, it might have helped us get more clients and escape the situation we were in.

So I started my SEO business.

Now, I can help you too. 🙂
